Position Summaryลักษณะงาน

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new customer accounts while maintaining and expanding existing relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of food ingredients, customer needs, and solution-based selling within the food manufacturing sector. ตำแหน่ง Sales Executive มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการหาลูกค้าใหม่ ควบคู่กับการดูแลและขยายยอดขายจากลูกค้าเดิม โดยต้องสามารถเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้า และนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เหมาะสมกับการใช้งานของลูกค้าในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร

Key Responsibilitiesหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify, develop, and acquire new customer accounts in the food manufacturing industryหาลูกค้าใหม่ และพัฒนาฐานลูกค้าในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร
• Manage and grow existing accounts through regular visits, technical discussions, and commercial follow-upsดูแล รักษา และขยายยอดขายจากลูกค้าเดิม
• Understand customer applications and propose suitable ingredients or solutions from Jirakorn's product portfolioเข้าเยี่ยมลูกค้า เข้าใจการใช้งานจริง และนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์หรือโซลูชันที่เหมาะสม
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to support customer requirementsประสานงานกับทีมภายใน เช่น ฝ่ายเทคนิคและฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ เพื่อสนับสนุนความต้องการของลูกค้า
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreementsจัดทำใบเสนอราคา เจรจาต่อรอง และปิดการขาย
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedbackติดตามแนวโน้มตลาด ความเคลื่อนไหวของคู่แข่ง และข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้า
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growthทำยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด

Qualifications & Requirementsคุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within food ingredients, food manufacturing, or related industriesมีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายอย่างน้อย 5 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจด้านวัตถุเจือปนอาหารหรือโรงงานอาหารจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• Background in food science, food technology, or a related field is preferredวุฒิการศึกษาหรือพื้นฐานด้าน Food Science, Food Technology หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• Strong communication and presentation skillsมีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดี
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Thai and Englishสามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independentlyมีความรับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานเชิงรุก และมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as requiredสามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้าได้ตามความจำเป็น
